TheTradingTipster.com has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our financial web site.

Special Offer E-mails
On a occasion we will send a special offer or an e-mail that is solely an advertisement from a third party advertiser. We strictly review proposals to advertise to our members and strictly limit the number that we approve. As of today we generally approve the e-mailing of 2 or 3 such offers to each of our subscribers in most months. When you register to receive one of our free newsletters you agree to receive special offers or advertisements from our sponsors. If you do not want to receive such offers or advertisements, then you must cancel your subscription to your free newsletter. For these advertising purposes, we maintain control of our e-mail lists and we do not give our e-mail list to an advertiser to use. All such e-mail offers from third parties to our e-mail list(s) are sent directly from us. Our e-mail list is our most valuable asset. We protect it dearly.

Complimentary Issues of Premium Newsletters
From time to time we may also provide members of our free newsletters a trial subscription to one of our or a third party's subscription-based premium investment newsletters. Generally, these complimentary trials will run for a period of 1 or 2 months. Prior to the beginning of any such trial you will be notified of the start date and be provided an opportunity to elect not to receive the free trial issues. Additionally, each complimentary issue will also have a cancel link.

Offers From Us
In addition to the complimentary premium newsletters mentioned directly above, from time to time we may also send you other offers for our services, including without limiting, book store specials, subscription offers or other promotions. As a member to one of our paid or free newsletters you agree to receive such offers.
