Here is this week's featured picks:

1. C- Citibank. The Tipster is calling the bottom on this one. You are safe to buy now. The upward move has already started. We might be a tad late to the party, but it's impossible to calls bottoms so we should be happy with the call. We got in todat at $23.87. Our stop loss is at $17.89

2. CAL - Continental Airlines. With oil prices heading south, and summer just around the corner, it's a good time to buy one of the best run airlines. Merger talks have dies down some, but the airlines continue to try to raise ticket prices, some of which have stuck. We got in at $20.73. Stop loss is at $17.89. Basically for C and CAL we do not want to hold on if they cross below $18.

03/06/08 - Short DBA at $42.12. Price as of right now is $37.37. An 11.2% move. More weakess expected. Move up your stop loss to $40.12.

03/10/08 - Short USO at $85.15. Intraday price as of now is $81.89. A 3.82% move so far. More weakness expected. Move up your stop loss to $85.15.

03/17/08 - Long RBI. Closed above $12 on Friday. Looks like it will close above $12 today as well on a pullback. We bought at $12.36. Stop loss at $11.89

03/17/08 - Long CSCO. Strong move up today. Looks like it will close above $25 target. We bought at $25.82. Stop loss at $24.89.
