1. RBI - Sport Supply Group Inc. This stock has been bucking the overall bear market for some time. It's ready for a breakout to the upside. The trade is to wait until it closes above $12 and stays above $12 for at least one day. Place your stop at $11.96.

2. CSCO - Cisco Systems Inc. The Tipster is short term bullish on this one as well. Wait to buy until it closes above $25 and stays above $25 for at least one day to confirm the move higher. Place your stop at $24.84.

With the FED expected to cut rates a full percentage point we are expecting a wild ride on Wall Street. Stay tuned.
