Get Rich In The Mortgage Business?
What do I mean by saying
that you can "create a great mortgage career
for yourself"? Well, I no longer work with anyone
unless they are referred to me. Only unless you know
someone I have worked with in the past will I do your
loan. And even then, I might still pass it of to another
loan officer if I don't have the time. I know several
other loan officers who use the techniques I do, who
make a whole lot more then me. It's not uncommon for
them to make $80,000, $90,000 even over $100,000 a
month!
These are exceptional
results and I am in no way saying that I am guaranteeing
that you will make this kind of money. But I am sure
that by using what I teach, you will make a ton more
then you do now.

harness the power of that list you can never have
a business that runs only on referrals. Let me show

I Needed Money

Eight years ago I was
a struggling loan officer. And when I say struggling,
I mean living off my credit cards. No income to speak
of. And no prospects.
I was still trying
to finish college, even though it didn't look like
it was going to happen.
I had both my real
estate license and my mortgage broker license and
would drag myself to the office everyday because I
knew I had to get up. But once I got there, I would
have nothing to do. Make a couple phone calls, look
through some paperwork, and watch the other loan officers
do their thing.
Worst of all, I was
the owner's son! My dad owned the mortgage company
and was doing fine. I on the other hand had to borrow
money from him for lunch!

One day my dad decided
to move to Houston, and since I was living at home
with no prospects I had nothing to stop me from going
along.
When we got to Houston,
we set up another mortgage company and started from
scratch. Soon enough my dad, being the people person
that he is, started bringing in a few loans. I on
the other hand, had to get a second job as a waiter.
One night as I was
getting screamed at by someone whose order I had screwed
up, I decided that enough was enough.
I Decided I
Wasn't Going To Take It Anymore
I knew being a waiter
wasn't for me. I knew God had put me here for bigger
and better things. So I decided to become a true master
of marketing and beat the loan officer game.
I maxed out whatever
credit cards I could on courses, tapes, books, and
manuals that would teach me how to do proper marketing.
I soaked it all in. And I began to take action.
I realized that no
one was going to help me unless I started helping
myself. I was too proud to listen to my father and
do things his way, so I had to come up with my own.
And it had to work.
When I finally stopped
feeling sorry for myself and taking action miraculous
things started to happen.
I spent over

The more I studied
and implemented the better I started to do. First
it was a few leads here and there. Then a loan a month,
then two , then more.
It took me several
years to put together my personal collection of strategies
that led to my success. These strategies have resulted
in hundreds of thousands in income for me over the
past few years.

Maybe not in the strictest
sense of the word, but it was a miracle to me how
fast everything improved. Once I implemented a few
